ClickUp Reports is a web application that allows authorized users to connect their TikTok account and upload/publish video content through TikTok APIs (including Content Posting API features, such as draft/inbox flow and, if approved by TikTok, direct posting).
You must be authorized to use the TikTok account you connect. By using this service, you confirm you have the legal right to upload and publish the submitted content.
You are solely responsible for videos, captions, hashtags, and other content submitted through this service. You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or violates TikTok policies.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited permission to process and transmit your content only as needed to provide the service functionality (upload/publish to your connected account).
You agree not to use the service for spam, unauthorized automation, engagement manipulation, fraud, malware distribution, or any activity that violates TikTok terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.
Features may change based on API availability, policy updates, or technical limitations. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if misuse, security risk, or policy/legal violations are detected.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
This service uses TikTok APIs and may rely on third-party infrastructure providers for hosting and operations. Their terms and policies may also apply.
